1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover how you use Nubo (“Nubo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the website, dashboard, credit wallet, and related tools (together, the “Service”). Creating an account or using the Service means you agree to these Terms.
2. What Nubo provides
Nubo fetches licensed Magnific (Freepik) files through your organization’s API connection. Jobs are billed from a credit wallet (pay as you go or subscription packs).
Nubo only delivers files. It does not sell you the license. You (or your organization) must already have the legal right to request, receive, and use each asset under the provider’s licenses and terms.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- Keep your account details accurate and up to date.
- Protect your login. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Admins connect the Magnific API key. End users must not paste Freepik or Magnific passwords into Nubo.
4. Lawful use only
Use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Request assets you are not licensed or otherwise entitled to access;
- Try to bypass provider access controls, licenses, or technical protections;
- Misrepresent your authority, organization, or rights to third-party content;
- Abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service or connected provider systems;
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law or any third-party agreement that binds you.
We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe violate these Terms or the law.
5. Credits and the wallet
- Jobs use your credit wallet. One credit is usually held when a job starts and spent only on success.
- If delivery cannot finish, credits return per our Refund Policy.
- Credit packs bought via PayStation (or other approved top-up methods) land after verification. Credits do not expire unless we say otherwise at purchase.
- Prices, pack sizes, and payment methods can change; the amount shown at checkout controls that purchase.
6. Delivery and download links
Successful jobs give you a temporary private download link, usually good for about two hours. Save the file while the link still works.
Delivery depends on the Magnific API, provider uptime, and your organization’s entitlements. We do not guarantee every request will succeed or that service will never pause.
7. Intellectual property
Nubo, our branding, and the Service software stay ours. Third-party assets stay with their rights holders. These Terms do not give you extra rights in third-party content beyond what your own licenses already grant.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DELIVERY WILL ALWAYS SUCCEED OR THAT LINKS WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE BEYOND THEIR STATED EXPIRY.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Nubo SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR CREDITS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nubo from claims arising out of your use of the Service, including requests for assets you were not allowed to access, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes show in the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
