This Privacy Policy explains how Nubo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal and account information when you use our website and Service. Nubo lets you pull Magnific (Freepik) files with a credit wallet, through an official API connection, and temporary download links.

- Authentication data (for example, hashed passwords or OAuth identifiers)
- Role (such as user or administrator) where applicable
Wallet and billing operations
- Credit balance and ledger entries
- Top-up requests and payment references (for example, PayStation invoice numbers)
Service usage
- Asset request history (for example, source references and job status)
- Technical logs needed to run, secure, and improve the Service
3. What we do not collect
We do not collect passwords for Magnific, Freepik, or other stock sites. Never enter those passwords into Nubo. API keys and provider connections are set up by admins through the official integration.
4. How we use information
- To create and secure your account
- To run the credit wallet and process top-ups
- To fulfill download jobs and issue temporary links
- To prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve reliability
- To send service notices and answer support requests
5. Download links
When a job succeeds, you get a temporary private download link. It is not a permanent public URL and usually expires in about two hours. Access is meant for the signed-in user who completed the job.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Infrastructure providers that host the Service (compute, database, object storage);
- Payment providers you use for credit top-ups;
- Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
7. Retention
We keep account, wallet, and job records as long as needed to run the Service, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Temporary delivery objects and download links are short by design.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards for a service of this kind. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly safe. Protect your login and tell us if you suspect someone else used your account.
